Heavens hammer half damage but add 1 line

currently it does 1line of 800% i suggest making it do 2 lines of 400%.
it feels fairly underwhelming especialy because warriors damage has a wide range so u hit lows and highs. having 2 lines will help average out the damage a bit more and make 1shoting more consistent

I feel damage could be bumped up a bit to 450-500% x2 as halving it to 400% with extra line wouldn’t help mobbing but this improves bossing. Because you are not guaranteed to crit on both lines so 400% wouldn’t help us one shot maps we normally couldn’t.

The problem with HH is it needs to one shot to make Pally viable in veracent. 2 shotting means you are making half rates because hammer has 1 second delay so it cannot keep up with the high spawn density.
I feel this is more so buff to bossing to make our crits higher chance but this won’t change mobbing if Pally hammer is designed to be only if you one hit the map consistently.
