I purchase $50 in credits but haven't received any redemption code in my email. I checked all my inboxes. I only have the recepit.

The email I used is the same I used to register this forum account.

That's actually wrong. I found the purchase, you wrote "gmail.cm" instead of "gmail.com" so it didn't get delivered. I sent you a private message with the correct product key.
